Just a few words of encouragement again, to a very special mother. GOD CARES, he see all of your pain.  My son pass away last year in Iraq, so I too know.  

 

When you my sister feel you can no longer walk on, and the hurt seems to hard; we can look to the Lord on high, who will carry us, until we are able to walk again.

In Pain...

When you're in pain,
and it seems like
no one understands;
when it has gotten exhausting
to even talk about the way
you're suffering,
remember God.
Others may turn their
back on you,
but He never will.
You need explain
nothing to Him.
He knows how you suffer,
and He can see what's
in your heart.
Lean on Him.
Put your faith in Him.
He promised that He would
never forsake you,
and you can depend on Him.

Dre' God is my strenght without him by my side I would be at a lost.

It is amazing how certain events in life can bring perfect strangers together.

We as mothers understand true heart aches and we have learned to be strong and press throught life's situations.

 

You have such a wonderful and touching site for your beloved son Andre!

There are so many beautiful caring people, who have expressed their love for you and your family.  I too wish to let you know, you and your family are in my prayers.

 

I don't know you, however, I feel like we are Sister in the Lord.

I believe that because you carry a child for nine months and their bodies are dependant on you for their life a bond is formed that even when the cord is cut you are connected forever.  When they grow into their own person that connection is still there.  That's why the hurt is there and you miss them so much.  I describe it as a hole in my heart that can never be refilled by anything.  As we miss them and long for them our hearts really hurt.  I think it's a natural thing because of how God created life to begin.  As believers in the Lord we know that once again we will be reunited, that's why we don't grieve like this is the end.  Dre has reached his new glorified beginning we have to strive for the same.  Even though I didn't spend as much time with Dre as we spent together with our other children, I miss him from your updates on how he was growing into a wonderful man.  Remember you can call me at anytime and I'll be there for you.

I pray that God will continue to bless this family.  Dre was a very special person.  I did not know Dre very well, but I have had the pleasure of getting to know those who he ment the most to.  Dre has definitely touch the heart of my daughter, Ajah.  When we found out that Dre had passed away Ajah got into my bed and began to cry out of control.  The first question that she asked was "Why"?  No answer was good enough and nothing seemed to make her feel any better.  But, as time went on and I began to hear the stories from Shannon and other family members about their memories of Dre and I finally had and answer for Ajah.  The Bible says that God is a selfish God.  Well, I believe that God loaned us Dre for 13 1/2 years and was ready for his son to come home.  Yall were soooo blessed to have Dre!!  How do you get past the pain?  The answer to that question is:  continue to LOVE and hold on to his memories. I love yall!!

so lil bro...thinking of how soon you went makes me want to brake down sometimes....but many memories make me smile..such as: the time i cut your hair lol now that was the real tragady....when we use to play madden and talk noise to each other the whole time...when we boxed wit the hulk gloves...fun times...fun times i really am going to miss...but i know you wouldnt want me or ne one else to be sad and you were a very spoiled child so why not give you what you want now...so for you dre ill smile and be happy love you lil bro and always will
